Welcome to Online Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment System (EBPP)

Bill pay online allows you easy access to your utility bill on the web and the ability to pay directly online from your debit or credit card.(VISA, Master Card, or Discover) If you have not registered, you will need to sign-in and establish a password. SCI’s Bill Presentment and Payment System allow you to view:

• 12 months billing history
• 12 months payment history
• Data on every account in your name
• A graph showing 12 months kwh usage
• A graph showing 12 months billing

By the end of 2007 we are planning to offer the bill pay service online so that paper bill you now receive is replaced with an email and link to view your bill and make a payment. Additionally, we will be able to offer an “automatic” debit or credit card deduction and the ability for you to pay by e-check.

All online credit card transactions are secured by Verisign.

To register:

• Click here to go to the EBPP Login Page
• When the EBPP page comes up, click on “Register” now
• Enter your full account number, your statement ID shown on a recent REMC bill, and the email address you want to use to access the EBPP system
• Click “Submit” and you will receive an email with a link to logon
• Click on the link – enter your account number and password you want to use and your mother’s maiden name and you should be able to logon to your account information
• Next time you logon, you enter your email address and password - Click here to Logon
