FREE installation of a meter-based surge protector ($50 value) if we install surge protector (cost of $150) when customer is switching from temporary to permanent service.

Water Heater - Rheem quality water heater, 40 or 50 gallon with 6-year warranty on the tank and parts. Pick up when you are ready to install. Retails for $235 and $245.

Homegard - "Whole house" surge protector. Covers "white appliances." Must be installed when customer converts from temporary to permanent service to prevent an installation fee. Has a 15-year warranty and will cover up to $10,000 in damages. Retails at $150 plus $50 installation fee.

Scaltrol - The "clear" choice in water treatment. Solves rusty water problems, lime scale build-up and discolored clothing problems and increases the life of the elements in your water heater. Will last up to 100,000 gallons of water! An additional spin-down filter is recommended for wells or extremely hard water. Retails at $250. Replacement cartridges are $150.
