SCI REMC is pleased to offer various ways to pay your electric bill and any other accounts you may have with us. Paying your bill has never been so easy.
Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP)
EBPP allows you easy access to your utility bill and usage on the Web and the ability to pay directly online from your debit or credit card. SCI’s Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment system allows you to view:
- 12 months billing history
- 12 months payment history
- Data on every account in your name
- A graph showing 12 months kwh usage
- A graph showing 12 months billing
- All online credit card transactions are secured by Verisign.
Register or log in today! You will need your SCI account number and statement ID, both can be found on a recent SCI REMC bill.
Automatic Payment Plan (APP) Bank Draft
Take the worry out of paying your electric bill. Automatic Payment Plan (APP) is not only the easiest way to pay, it’s also the most convenient and saves you from worrying about being late with your bill payment. With APP, you have the security of knowing that your bill will always be paid on time. That’s because the bank automatically pays it for you! Sign up for the Automatic Payment Plan.
Automated Credit/Debit Card Payments
Are you in a hurry and still want the convenience of paying your bill before that due date? Call our office 24 hours a day at 1-866-413-8157 to make an immediate payment via credit or debit card. (Be sure to have your account number ready.) We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
Note: If you are making a payment for service that was disconnected, you will need to contact the office during normal business hours and schedule a reconnect of the service.
Budget Billing
The Budget Billing program helps members plan their monthly energy payments by paying equal amounts for their electricity each month.
Check or Money Order
Of course we accept the traditional check or money order payments, as well as cash. (Please do not mail cash.) During regular business hours you may pay at the cashier window in the office lobby. After hours, a drop box is available at our office.
Prepaid Electric
This program allows members to pay
up front for electricity before they ever use a single kilowatt-hour - just like filling a gas tank! The best part? There are no deposits, no late fees, and no disconnect/reconnect fees ... ever.
