To switch, simply call 1-888-454-2002 or sign up online now. You will be asked to verify your information on a recording and the service will be switched. Typically your current carrier will charge a fee for switching your long distance carrier. If you send a copy of your billing, any charges you are billed for switching carriers will be reimbursed to you by TWN. It will take approximately 7-8 business days to convert.
