Propane - Budget Billing Form

I wish to enroll in SCI Propane’s Budget Billing Program. I understand that all bills must be paid on time in order to remain in this program. Further, when all accounts are balanced in June of each year, I understand that any credit remaining will be credited to my account and any amount still owing must be paid by the due date to insure my continued participation in the Budget Billing Program.

This request does not guarantee enrollment in the program. Your monthly bill will reflect your monthly budget amount should your application be approved. Sorry, no phone calls will be accepted as we must have written request for enrollment in the Budget Billing Program on file. Should you wish to be removed from this program, please notify SCI Propane in writing with a 30-day notice. Any account not kept in good standing will be removed from budget billing after being notified in writing.
