2023 Electric Cooperative Survey

Cooperative Insights, a cooperatively owned research company, will soon be offering members of electric cooperatives within the Hoosier Energy network the chance to share opinions about their cooperative's service and programs. Members may be contacted to share their opinions via online surveys or by phone.

Cooperative Insights has conducted surveys on behalf of electric cooperatives across the nation since 2004. Cooperatives are guided by the needs of local members, and this survey helps South Central Indiana REMC improve its service to members using firsthand information provided by those who know it best.

By participating in the survey, members will provide SCI REMC with direct feedback on how they feel the co-op is performing in the areas of customer service, cooperative value, satisfaction and reliability along with several other components. These insights provide the very foundation SCI REMC needs to make continuous improvements and ultimately provide superior service.

The 15-20-minute survey addresses customer satisfaction matters and reliability perceptions, along with co-op strengths and weaknesses. Survey questions may also ask about opinions on renewable energy sources, electric vehicles and emerging technologies.

Members may be contacted as early as May of this year.

Although SCI REMC encourages members to participate, the survey is completely optional. Our goal is to gather as much front-line information as possible to be able to serve you better.

Please contact South Central Indiana REMC with questions or concerns via email at cooperativerelations@sciremc.com
