South Central Indiana REMC is updating our Residential Development Electric Facilities policy effective January 1, 2022, to reflect the costs associated with Development construction. A copy of the new policy accompanies this correspondence. Any new Developments lots applied and paid for by December 31, 2021, will be eligible for the existing policy rates. Developments and lots applied for after December 31, 2021, will be under the new policy rates.
This change is necessary to capture the true costs of residential development.
