
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) benefits program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, and more.
What is Available?
Up to a $30 per month discount on internet service. Only 1 monthly service discount is allowed per household.

Step 2: Apply for the ACP
Are you already enrolled in ACP? You don’t need to apply again – visit the Affordable Connectivity Program website to learn more
Step 3: Find a Company Near You or Complete the ACP Consent Form
Use this search tool to find a company that offers ACP discounts. SCI REMC/SCI Fiber is a provider for ACP. Once you are enrolled in the program, please fill out the ACP Consent Form.

Who Qualifies?
Your household qualifies if the household income is at or below 200% for the Federal Poverty Guidelines or any member of the household:
- Participates in a government-assistance program, such as:
SNAPMedicaid
Supplemental Security Income
WICLifeline
- Participates in the National School Lunch Program or the School Breakfast Program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision
- Received a federal Pell Grant in the current award year
- Participates in one of several Tribal-specific programs:
Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
Tribal Head Start (only households meeting the relevant income qualifying standard)
Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families(Tribal TANF)
