Lifeline is a federal program that helps lower the monthly cost of your phone or internet service.

What is Available?

Subscribers may be eligible to receive up to $9.25 off their phone or internet service if they qualify and live in an area where the program is offered. The discount is only available for Tier 1 internet service with speeds up to 50 mbps.

Who Qualifies?

Your household qualifies if the household income is at or below 135% for the Federal Poverty Guidelines or any member of the household participates in a government-assistance program, such as:

Program (SNAP)
Medicaid
Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
