GOING OUT OF TOWN?

There is no need to cancel if you’re out of town for 1-4 months. You can call and place your services in an extended vacation plan instead and pay a reduced monthly rate. Give us a call at 833.444.2504 to learn more about our extended vacation plan requirements. (Note: Subscribers must be enrolled in autopay to qualify for this plan.)

I HAVE A CREDIT BALANCE, WHEN WILL I GET THAT BACK?

Once processed by SCI Fiber, credit balances can take up to 30 days to be received. Fiber credits will offset any balance owed on your electric account before they are refunded. If a saved bank account or credit card is linked, the credit balance can be refunded to the saved account.
