We are experiencing widespread outages due to extensive storm damage, impacting both electric and SCI Fiber services. Crews are restoring power first, then will begin fiber repairs.

No one likes power outages, but they’re unavoidable, and that’s where generators come in – they keep the lights on until utility crews restore power.
Ideal for tailgating, camping, and boating. It’s the quietest type of generator. Lightweight, about 60 pounds, and produces up to 2,000 watts.
Suitable for power tools, lights, and phone chargers. It offers higher output and is quieter than larger portable generators but is more expensive than recreational inverters. Weighs about 150 pounds, and produces up to 3,500 watts.
Provides whole-house backup, powering central air conditioning and electric heating systems. It automatically starts during power outages and handles the entire home’s electrical needs but is the most expensive option and requires professional installation. Produces up to 20,000 watts or more. Transfer switch required.
Good for home security systems, sump pumps, and refrigerators and freezers. They can handle more appliances simultaneously but are louder than midsized inverters. Weighs about 300 pounds, and produces up to 7,500 watts. Transfer switch required.
Let us know if you purchase a generator that you plan to connect to an electric panel.
Disclaimer: Safety requirements may vary based on the type of generator you purchase. Be sure to thoroughly read the operator’s manual and understand how to shut off the generator quickly.
