South Central Indiana REMC is owned by and operated for you, our members. Members elect fellow members to serve on our Board of Directors, and the directors govern the cooperative on your behalf.
The Board of Directors represents you and your interests in the decision-making process at the REMC. You may qualify to run for a position on this decision-making board. Check out the bylaws to see the qualifications and procedures to become a candidate. The board meets every month to hear detailed reports from the CEO on the cooperative’s operation and to make decisions on how to serve the membership of the REMC best.
The service territory of SCI REMC is split into districts with one director representing each district.
Members can email SCI REMC’s Board of Directors to ask a question or provide comments. Please make sure you include your name, service address, and how you wish to be contacted in the email.
District 9 - Heather will remain in her role as director until the SCI REMC Board appoints a new director for the district.
