Request to Rent the Community Room

Please take a few moments to review all information on this page, including rates and guidelines, before submitting your rental request through our website. All requests must be submitted online to be considered. Once your request is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and an SCI REMC representative will follow up within 48 hours. Requests submitted on weekends or holidays may require additional response time.

Community room requests are subject to availability and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receiving the deposit.

Audio/Visual (A/V) Equipment Fee – Includes use of projectors, screens, monitors, and wireless internet $50 $50
Deposit/Janitorial Fee – Refundable upon conditions and return of access card. (The $200 deposit will not be returned if the user fails to clean and return the room to the same condition as they found it.) $200 *Deposit is an addition to all rental fees $200
