Geothermal Heat Pump

Rebate for a new constructed geothermal heat pump or replacing another electric resistance heat, gas, heat pump or geothermal.

Desuperheater is recommended, but not required. Equipment must be installed in primary residence.

MINIMUM EFFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Rebate Amount: $2,000
• Efficiency Ratings: No minimum SEER2 rating required.
• Installation Location: The unit must be installed in a home served by SCI REMC.
