Online Payment & Billing
Most Transactions can be completed electronically and over the phone.
Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) allows you easy access to your utility bill and usage on the web and the ability to securely pay online from your debit or credit card

You will need your SCI account number and statement ID – Both can be found on a recent SCI REMC bill

Call our office 24 hours a day at (800) 264-7362 to make an immediate payment via credit card, debit card, or check
Note:
If you are making a payment for service that was disconnected, you will need to contact the office during normal business hours and schedule a reconnect of the service
Check/Money Order/Cash
- We accept the traditional check or money order payments, as well as cash
- Please do not mail cash
- During regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) you may pay the cashier in the office lobby
- After hours, a drop box is available at our office
Note:
There is a $26 processing fee for NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks returned to SCI REMC

Paperless Billing – eBill
Sign up today for paperless billing
Once enrolled, you will automatically receive an email each month with a link to your bill at the same time of the month as you would normally receive your paper bill.
Paperless billing will save you time and money if you choose to pay online and will save SCI REMC money on postage and printing.
Steps to Sign Up on Online

On the “Home” page left section, choose Email/Password

Choose “Paperless Options” and click the box next to “I understand that I have authorized the coop to communicate with me in the above manner” and click “Submit All.”

Steps to Sign Up Through the SCI Connect App
1.
Download the SCI Connect app and log into your account. Download the SCI Connect app on the App Store or Google Play

Choose “Account Details”

Click on “Manage”

4.
Choose “Account Management”

5.
Choose “Paperless Options” and click the box next to “I understand that I have authorized the coop to communicate with me in the above manner” and click “Submit All.”
